Experience:

As a licensed general contractor (CA # 609782) since 1984, Tim has a broad range of experience in residential construction including new homes, remodels, spec houses, alternative building technologies, energy- & resource-efficient strategies, home design, permits & codes, site development,  use of recycled lumber & other building materials, and timber-framing.
As owner of Ridgebeam Building Co., Tim manages all operations of a local small business.
As a teacher, Tim's experience includes 5 summers as instructor at The Owner Builder Summer Camp and teaching several multi-day workshops in timber-framing and Japanese carpentry.
